Archaeological Site of Itálica
What you will see at Itálica
Founded in 206 BC by Publius Cornelius Scipio, it was the first Roman city in Hispania and the birthplace of the emperors Trajan and Hadrian.

We loved the monument and the route around it. We think it is a must if you want to get to know and understand the city and its history. Our guide gave us a very interesting and very enjoyable tour; I think that, although it is an extra expense on your holiday, it is the way to get to know these gems in greater depth and in a fairly personalised way.
We were very satisfied, both with the organisation and with the guide, who was clearly very well informed and also very pleasant. And of course, seeing it on your own is not the same as going with a guide who explains everything to you as you go.

If you are in Seville and do not have a car, the guided tour with coach (44 €): we pick you up in the centre, see Itálica and the monastery of San Isidoro del Campo and return to Seville. If you are making your own way there, the guided tour at Itálica (21 €, 1 h 30 min). To go just with your family or friends, the private tour.
Is entry included?
On the guided tours, yes: entry to Itálica is included and, on the coach tour, so is entry to the monastery of San Isidoro del Campo (open subject to availability). On the private tours, visitors from outside the European Union must pay for entry to the Archaeological Site of Itálica at the ticket office (1.50 €, official rate); entry is free for EU citizens.

What languages are the tours in?
Tours are guaranteed in Spanish, English, French and Italian.
Can I cancel?
If you cancel more than 72 hours in advance, the amount is refunded except for 8 € in handling fees; with less than 72 hours’ notice there is no refund. Not turning up or arriving late at the meeting point means losing the tour. Requests must be made in writing from your customer area. More details in the tour conditions.
Where can I see my booking?
In your customer area: there you will find the confirmation voucher for your tour, and from there you can request changes.
